How it works
On arrival, inserting the room’s key card into the unit will instantly reactivate the room’s electrical circuits. Upon departure, removing the card will deactivate the electrical can be set according to the hotels specification. Lighting to stay on until the room is vacated.

Occupancy Sensors
The Eco Occupancy sensor range is designed to reduce energy consumption in unoccupied common areas such as corridors, toilets, offices etc. For example:
- Hotel corridor lighting is a necessity for guests to be able to find their way to and from their room; this means lighting stays on permanently using large amounts of energy unnecessarily. Eco-Watt occupancy detection can control that lighting to fade to a dimmed level when there is no human presence then instantly return to full brightness when movement is detected.
- In offices, bathrooms and corridors where lighting stays on unnecessarily, this can be switched off when unoccupied and instantly switched on again when occupancy is detected.
How they work
Upon entering any common areas, occupancy sensors will instantly activate the relevant lighting circuits up to 100%. The lighting circuits will stay at full illumination for a duration dependant on your specifications. After this time the lighting will dim down to a set level eg. 20% and idle at this level until motion is detected again.
The occupancy sensors can be incorporated in any area in the building eg. Public Bathrooms, conference rooms etc. The delay on-time and dimmed level may be set according to your requirements.
